The What vs. How: Why This Matters to you Right Now

If you have not heard the phrase “It is not only the what but also the how” you will sooner than later. Let me explain.

As you approach your career and navigate interviews, people will of course care what you have done - high GPA, Eagle Scout, Silver Girl Scout Award, etc. More important is the how you got there. I am guessing you did not do this alone. I am guessing that you had asome failures on the way.

You need to be able to convey how you worked toward the accomplishments in your life. Why? Because this provides insight into the most important question o the all: what is it like to work with you.
